We may be a small and modest team at present, but we have big dreams for the future of MRTeam. We are constantly aiming for excellence and improvement with each goal we set for ourselves, and we believe that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. We would like to share three of our goals with you.

As a team we believe our future lies in the talented hands of our young up and coming drivers Ryan and Reece Marchello, who will accompany their father Terry Marchello, into the V8 Supercars Development Series. From there the brothers aim to establish themselves as a force to be reckoned with as a two car team in Australia's most elite and glorified motorsport category - the V8 Supercars Championship Series.

As a team we believe a key ingredient in a winning edge recipe for racing is engineering your own engines and modifications, developing unique yet practical concepts. With Terry's expertise and natural abilities, had he been in a position to pursue his racing career as a young adult, he would be as recognisable in design, engineering and manufacturing as the likes of Gary Rogers, the Stone Brothers, Larry Perkins, etc. Terry intends to pursue a career in manufacturing once Ryan and Reece take the driver's reigns in the V8 Supercars Series.

As a team we believe that dealing with the media is an important and valuable asset in guaranteeing maximum exposure and intend on developing our professional knowledge and skills by completing media awareness training seminars to ensure we present our team and our sponsors in the best possible light.
